Their collaborative efforts with NHS and voluntary partners have been instrumental in raising awareness within the Armed Forces community—a project that has been deservedly shortlisted for an award at the recent North East Public Health Conference.

At DDHF, we are dedicated to working alongside our many partners across the locality to engage meaningfully with all patient groups. It is an honor to be part of such a commendable and impactful initiative aimed at increasing awareness and encouraging early help-seeking and diagnosis.
